We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Fantasy Store. Here’s how our return policy ensures a smooth and stress-free experience:

7-Day Return Window: Most unused items in original packaging with a receipt can be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Simple Return Process:

1. Initiate Your Return: Start by emailing our friendly customer service team at support@fantasystore.in. They’ll guide you through the return process and provide further instructions. (Please note: Don’t return items directly to the manufacturer.)
2. Return Approval: We’ll thoroughly inspect your returned item upon receiving it. You’ll then be notified via email of approval or rejection.
3. Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. (Double-check your bank statement if you don’t see the refund reflected.)

Additional Information:

• Sale Items & Exchanges: Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds, but we can offer replacements for defective or damaged items. Contact support@fantasystore.in to initiate an exchange.
• Gifts: If you received a gift, you’ll get a store credit towards your next purchase. If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the original purchaser will receive the refund.
• Manufacturing Defects: We’ll cover the return shipping cost for items confirmed as defective. If the item is found functional after inspection, it will be shipped back to you.
