COD Advance Payment Policy

Why Do We Require an Advance Payment?

1. To Ensure Genuine Orders: COD orders often face higher cancellation and return rates. An advance payment helps us reduce fraudulent orders and serve serious buyers effectively.

2. To Cover Processing and Shipping Costs: Failed deliveries incur costs, and an advance helps us maintain affordable pricing and high-quality service.

3. To Prioritize Your Order: Orders with advance payments receive priority processing and faster dispatch.

Advance Payment Terms:

• For all COD orders, a 10% advance payment of the total order value is required at checkout.

• The remaining 90% payment will be collected upon delivery.

• The advance payment is non-refundable if the order is canceled after dispatch.

How Does It Work?

1. Select Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout.

2. Make a 10% advance payment through any of our online payment options (UPI, or net banking).

3. Receive confirmation via email/SMS.

4. Pay the remaining balance to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Before Dispatch: Orders canceled before dispatch will receive a full refund of the advance payment within 5-6 business days.

• After Dispatch: Orders canceled post-dispatch will not be eligible for a refund of the advance payment.
